We have received complaints from the South American region that Insite LMS is not accessible.
The root cause was within MS Azure, their tracking ID: ID 7SHM-P88

Many Services were down because of a creater Outage of Microsoft Azure in West Europe DataCenter. Therfore also Login to Insite was not possible
