The issue seems to be resolved. Smaller hickups may still occur, but we are successfully able to access all our systems.

We apologize for any inconveniences and hope, Microsoft will be able to fix their Front Door deployments.

Insite LMS availability status

On October 4th and October 6th, around midnight, this automatic status page recognized certain Insite LMS services as offline (from 3 minutes to 33 minutes).
After analyzing the detailed monitoring options within our Azure environment, these instances could not be confirmed and were thus removed from this status page.

The issue with too many requests has been identified and actions were taken to update the backend. All telemetry is back to normal.

We are observing an unusual spike in requests with error 429.
